Clefairy Amigurumi – Pokemon Crochet Pattern

Clefairy Amigurumi is a great pink delight, and I hope you will enjoy my latest crochet Pokemon pattern! It’s part of my ongoing series of “Gotta Crochet ‘Em All” Pokemon Amigurumi.

Whenever I design amigurumis, I like to think in terms of different shapes. So when I think of Clefairy, the shape of ovals and spirals come to mind. Clefairy’s body is one great big oval. This oval motif is also repeated in its eyes as well as the hot pink cheeks.

Clefairy Amigurumi

The eyes are quite distinctive for Clefairy as it has a curved line mark next to it. In fact, his eyes look like they’re enclosed by parentheses. (You can also think of parentheses as a sort of half oval!)

Clefairy is also defined by spirals. It has a spiral at the top of its head that looks like a cute curl.

On Clefairy’s back, you can see the same spiral shape repeated in its tail. The tail is topped off by two small but cute wings. This crochet Clefairy amigurumi likes to dance in the moon and collect moondust, as it is the method that will help it fly.

Clefairy Back - Wing and Tail

Here is Clefairy sitting quite snugly inside the Pokeball. If you want to make this Pokeball that can open and close, you can find it here under my Pokeball Pod pattern.

Amigurumi Clefairy is twinning with another Clefairy, but this one is made as a clay pot and carries a bloom of colorful flowers! My talented friend Kooky Kinks handmade this one for me and I thought it would be so cute to pose them together and have a fun photo shoot with them!

This looks really cute but I’m not sure if I want to make it. It took a lot of time to make the Psyduck pattern. Mine looks horrible compared to yours, but I still like it. Please keep making Pokemon crochet patterns. I am still a newbie, but I love it!!!
